Brother Ephraim Hartwell Bellows, born on January 29, 1792, in Walpole, New Hampshire, served as the eighteenth Master of Corinthian Lodge from 1841 to 1844. Known for his dedication to Masonry, Bellows held the office of Senior Warden for six years before stepping into the role of Master. His legacy reflects a steadfast commitment to the Lodge and his community.

==Early Masonic Career==  
Bellows was initiated into Corinthian Lodge on June 7, 1813, and admitted as a member on July 12, 1813. He served as Senior Warden from 1835 to 1840 before being elected as Master in 1841, a role he held through 1844. His leadership helped guide Corinthian Lodge through a period of stability and growth.

==Personal Life and Family==  
Ephraim was the son of Benjamin Bellows and Mary (Hartwell) Bellows. His family moved to New Ipswich, New Hampshire, in 1794. On October 14, 1818, Ephraim married Sarah "Sally" Brown in Concord, Massachusetts. The couple had seven children, though only three survived to adulthood, and only one left descendants. Bellows's commitment to his family was evident, and he remained closely connected to his Masonic and local community throughout his life.

==Professional Life and Community Involvement==  
During his years in Concord, Bellows worked in manufacturing at Factory Village, collaborating with his brother-in-law, Brother John Brown. He was engaged in Concord's industrial activities, helping build the community’s local economy. In 1845, Bellows relocated from Concord and subsequently resided in Boston, Watertown, and Worcester, Massachusetts.

==Legacy and Death==  
Ephraim Hartwell Bellows passed away on January 5, 1861, and was interred at Worcester Rural Cemetery. His wife, Sarah, survived him until February 14, 1866, and was buried alongside him. Brother Bellows is remembered for his devotion to Corinthian Lodge and his contributions to Concord. His leadership and service left a lasting legacy on the Lodge, providing strength and continuity during his tenure.
